Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility: Items purchased online may be returned within 20 days of the purchase date. We will only accept items that are returned in the original packaging, unused, unworn and in resalable condition. If the product has been used we will not accept the return. All returned products are subject to inspection. Please refer to Non-returnable items below to check if your item qualifies for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items: All items listed as “ON SALE”, discounted, or part of a promotional sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. For safety reasons, all climbing equipment is not eligible for returns. This includes but not limited to : harnesses, ropes, quickdraws, carabiners, cams, belay devices, slings, pulleys, ascenders, descenders, and nuts. For hygiene reasons, sleeping bags and underwear are not eligible for returns.

3. Order Discrepancies: All claims for shortages or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
   

Gravity Gear reserves the right to change or modify any terms and conditions at any time, upon Gravity Gear’s sole discretion.
