Shipping policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including Purolator Ground, Canada Post Expedited and Canada Post Express shipping. The shipping method chosen at checkout will determine the delivery time frame. If your chosen shipping method is unavailable for your specific order or location, the system will select an alternative shipping method without your explicit confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $250. Oversized items may add a $30 charge to your order, view our Shipping Info page for more details.

4. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for expected delivery times.

5. Shipping Locations: We ship Canada wide.
   

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
