Ultra-Technical Mountaineering Boot for Extreme Conditions.
The Kayland 4001 GTX is built for high-altitude expeditions up to 4000m, delivering top-tier performance for glacier crossings, ice climbing, and extreme alpine conditions. Lightweight yet ultra-warm, it provides the necessary protection, support, and precision for demanding environments.
The GORE-TEX® Insulated Comfort membrane ensures waterproofing, breathability, and warmth, while the Diamond Technology rubber rand enhances scratch resistance. The integrated gaiter with an Easy Zip waterproof closure protects against snow and debris. A fiberglass and aluminum insole offers maximum rigidity for crampon use, while the Smart PU midsole reacts to temperature—hardening in extreme cold for stability with crampons and softening in milder conditions for better cushioning. The Vibram® Teton outsole, designed for ice and alpine terrain, ensures unmatched grip and security on variable surfaces.
