Weighing a mere 53 grams, it achieves an exceptional 91% mechanical efficiency by utilizing high-efficiency sealed ball bearings. Its spring-loaded, toothed cam features a debris evacuation slot to bite securely into icy or muddy ropes. The main attachment eyelet is specifically designed to allow smooth rotation of most locking carabiners. While it strips away the lock-open button found on larger models to minimize bulk and weight, it retains dual certifications as both a mountaineering pulley and a rope clamp.
