Power is liberating. Freedom is everything.

Built for telemark skiers who want uphill efficiency without sacrificing downhill performance, the Rottefella NTN Freedom combines lightweight touring functionality with powerful edge control and smooth, progressive flex. With an impressive 60° range of motion in walk mode, two climbing-wire positions (35mm and 65mm), and integrated ski brakes make the ascent more efficient, while excellent torsional rigidity delivers reliable power transfer and control on the descent. The Freedom’s smoother flex offers a more classic telemark feel, making it an ideal choice for backcountry touring and freeride adventures.

The integrated Powerbox provides adjustable flex characteristics, with a soft green power tube included in the Small size and a medium blue power tube in the Large. Compatible with NTN boots from Scarpa, Crispi, and Scott, the Freedom features a symmetrical design and a release mechanism developed by Rottefella. Standard ski brake width is 110mm.
